Senior Beautician | Creative Director

Hey! I’m Liz, the owner of Lush Lash and Co. Thanks for being here! Let me tell you a little about myself.

Originally from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, I moved to Townsville in 2016 where I transitioned to the Beauty Industry Full Time. After a very brief stint living in NSW (opening and then selling my first ever salon) I returned to Townsville, and thus, Lush Lash and Co was born.

My vision for Lush Lash & Co has always been to collaborate with amazing Beauticians and Lash Artists to create beautiful, sustainable Lash Sets, beautiful Brows and stunning Makeup Glam.

In the past 7 years my career has taken me all over. Highlights being, bridal makeup in Thailand and expanding my training with Queensland School of Beauty in Brisbane. I look forward to many more beauty adventures.

The thing I love most about this industry is connecting with my clients. I feel blessed to see my clients grow over the years. I have seen them get engaged/married/degrees/babies/puppies, build houses, start businesses and all the highs and lows in between.

My favourite service is always Brow Sculpting. I love setting clients on their brow journey and creating beautiful face framing Brows.

When I’m not in the Salon, I’m usually repeatedly telling my dogs and cats how much I love them and asking them if they love me back. Going for walks on the Strand with my husband, at the gym, having brekky with friends or binging Netflix.

Salon Assistant Manager & Senior Diploma Level Beautician

Hi, I’m Holly!

I am a lash/brow technician and Salon Assistant Manager at Lush Lash & Co. I’ve been in this industry since September 2020 and am absolutely loving it! I am Diploma level certified and I am super passionate about everything Lashes & Brows.

Working at Lush Lash & Co is a dream. I’ve gained so much knowledge from my other colleagues and I enjoy spending my days working along side them & seeing my beautiful clients.

Out of everything I do at the salon, the Brow Sculpt would have to be my favourite service. I’m obsessed with creating that beautiful brow shape for my client.

When I’m not working, I love to unwind by having movie nights with my son, going to the gym or having dinner dates with my close friends.

"My name is Tay and I am the baby of our salon, as we like to say.

Through school I always dreamt of working in the beauty industry in one way or another and couldn’t be happier with how things have worked out becoming apart of Lush Lash & Co. Having a great team and clientele to brighten your day is just one of the perks of the job. My clients are always my biggest inspiration to continue learning, bettering myself and improving my work as each day comes.

In my spare time I honestly love a good nap, but when I’m not napping. I’m playing with my puppies and kitties.

I love hanging out with all my close people, family, friends and yes the boyfriend. We’re usually out for dinner, on the town or having quality time like movie nights ect.

That’s me in a nutshell ladies! forever and always grateful for this opportunity in life! Thank you all so much for the support so far, can’t wait to meet more of you!

I moved to Townsville 2 years ago from Hervey Bay and started lashing in 2022. Alot of my clients ask me “why did you start lashing ?”

Well… let me tell you, I love to create and lashing gives me the ability to do exactly that. I love the reactions when my clients look in the mirror, I love helping women feel more confident and I LOVE working at Lush Lash & Co.
